The conditions of purchase (hereinafter referred to as the Conditions) set forth below regulate the sale of the products of the website "www.alolola.com" (hereinafter, the Web), with registered address in Xose pasin 3, Santiago de Compostela with CIF number B-70493754.
In order to be able to buy ALOLOLA products through the Web, it is essential that the User is registered in the "My Account" section, which means completing all the information on the form. In case you are not registered at the moment of placing an order or purchase of any product through the Web, you can do it at that time through a form to the effect that you find on the Web.
Please be inform that the registration system uses as the control element the email address that the Registered User provides at the time of registration, so you can have as many accounts as e-mail addresses. However, we suggest you proceed with a single registration since the system also cross-checks information by not allowing a credit card or bank account to be linked to more than one user account as a fraud prevention measure
Registration as a Registered User of the Web requires certain personal data (name and surname, email ,etc which will act as a user's key, and a password of your choice.) Once the registration process is completed, ALOLOLA will send Immediately to the User an email confirming the successful completion of the registration process.
Please note that your e-mail address, along with the selected password, make it easy to access restricted areas of the Web to allow you to select and purchase ALOLOLA products. This access is only directed to their personal use and are intended to guarantee their identification in each access to the Web.
In case, for any reason, you consider that the password no longer fulfills the security purpose in your access as Registered User, you can change it immediately through the "My Account" area.
In case, for any reason, you lose your password, you can recover your access to your account as a Registered User by requesting a new temporary password, through the option "Password Recovery" at the moment of access to "My Account". Said new password will be sent by the system to the Registered User immediately, to the email address that you indicated at the time of registration.
All orders are subject to the availability of the products. If there are difficulties in supplying of products or if there are no items in stock, we will reimburse any amount that you may have paid.
To place an order, you must follow the online purchase procedure and click on "Authorize payment". You will then receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order (the "Order Confirmation"). Also, we will inform you by email when your order is being sent to you (the "Shipping Confirmation").
The cost of shipping and transport by order will be FREE in Spain and Portugal from 60 euros, for shipments outside Spain will be 10 pounds sterling (10,00 £) for deliveries to be made in the UK, 11 euros (11.00 €) for deliveries to any of the other countries included in the European Territory and twenty euros for the rest of the world.
Web prices are in euros included VAT, excluded shipping costs, set forth in these Conditions above. Prices may change at any time, but possible changes will not affect orders with respect to which we have already sent you an Order Confirmation. Once you have selected all the items you want to buy, these will have been added to your basket and the next step will be to process the order and make the payment. To do this, you must follow the steps of the purchase process, filling in or checking the information that is requested at each step. Also, during the purchase process, before making the payment, you can modify the data of your order. In case the Client needs an invoice of his/her purchase, he/she can request it by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating his/her fiscal information. ALOLOLA will process your request in the shortest time possible and will send the invoice by email to the address provided in the registration data or expressly indicated by the Client.
By clicking on "Authorize Payment" you are confirming that the credit card is yours or that you are the legitimate holder of the credit card.
Credit cards will be subject to checks and authorizations by the issuing entity, but if the entity does not authorize the payment, we will not be responsible for any delay or lack of delivery and we will not be able to formalize any contract with you.
Unless there are circumstances arising from the personalization of the products, or unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances occur, we will send the order consisting of the products / s related in each Confirmation of Shipment within the period indicated in this clause and, in any case, within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of the Order Confirmation.
It is very important that, at the time of purchase, the Client indicates the full details of the destination address of his/her shipment. It is mandatory that the Client provides, at the time of the purchase process, an address and a contact telephone number, in order to guarantee a correct delivery of the products to the Client.
The delivery times indicated below are merely indicative and ALOLOLA will not be liable in case of exceeding the initially estimated deadlines, although it undertakes to put all the means at its disposal to respect and comply with them as soon as possible.
For delivery of orders within the territory of Spain, the approximate delivery time is between twenty-four (24) and forty-eight (48) working hours. For delivery of orders to the rest of territories, the approximate delivery time is between three 3) and seven (7) business days.
ALOLOLA will provide you with tools to be able to carry out the tracking of your order, from the confirmation of the purchase to the delivery, either from the "My Account" area or by linking to the transport company page Included in the confirmation email, depending on the characteristics of the shipment.
In the event of incidents occurring with the shipment of the products, the transport company in charge of the shipment will make the necessary arrangements to finalize it, being able to contact you by phone or by email to verify the shipping address, contact person, to agree the delivery conditions or solve any other problem.

The legal guarantee for the products offered by ALOLOLA is established in Royal Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
ALOLOLA will respond of the lack of conformity of the products that manifest themselves within two years from the delivery.
Most of the materials are organic or recycled and have certificates that guarantee compliance with strict environmental and social standards. These certificates will be provided in the description of the product and may be requested by the client through the email firstname.lastname@example.org
All ALOLOLA products can be returned and refunded whenever the Client notifies ALOLOLA in a maximum period of 14 working days that will begin to count from the day of delivery of the order.
Returns are free in Spain, Switzerland, UK and Europe. In the rest of the world the returns have a cost of 20 euros, this cost will be deducted from the amount of the order.
The product must be in the same state in which it was delivered and must be in the same state in which it was delivered and must keep the original packaging and labeling. A copy of the delivery note must be included in the package.
ALOLOLA will refund the amount of the returned product (s) through the same payment method by which the purchase was made by the Customer, discounting only the costs of sending the order initially paid and without the costs of shipping in which the latter has incurred in order to return the product or products of ALOLOLA.
The Client will have to inform us of the return by email to email@example.com and ALOLOLA will contact the client to give instructions on how to return the product. Once the product has been received in our warehouses, and after checking the status of the same, we will proceed to the refund of its amount according to the modality of payment made by the Client. This process can take between 7 and 10 days once the order arrives at the warehouse.
11.LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Except as expressly provided otherwise in these Conditions, our liability in relation to any product purchased on our Web will be strictly limited to the purchase price of said product.
However, and unless otherwise provided by law, we will not accept any liability for the following losses, regardless of their origin:

13. FORCE MAJEURE
ALOLOLA will not be responsible for any breach or delay in the performance of any of the obligations assumed, when it is due to events that are beyond our reasonable control ("Cause of Force Majeure"). The Causes of Force Majeure will include any act, event, lack of exercise, omission or accident that is beyond our reasonable control and, among others, the following:
1. Strikes, lockouts or other measures of protest.
2. Civil commotion, revolt, invasion, threat or terrorist attack, war (declared or not) or threat or war preparations.
3. Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, sinking, epidemic or any other natural disaster.
4. The impossibility of using trains, ships, airplanes, motor transports or other means of transport, public or private.
5. Impossibility to use public or private telecommunications systems.
6. Acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government or public authority.
It will be understood that the obligations will be suspended during the period in which the Cause of Force Majeure continues, and we will have an extension in the term to fulfill those obligations for a period of time equal to the duration of the Force Majeure. We will use all reasonable means to terminate the Cause of Force Majeure or to find a solution that will enable us to fulfill our obligations despite the Cause of Force Majeure
14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Conditions and any document expressly referred to herein constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to the purpose thereof and supersede any other agreement, agreement or promise entered into between you and us verbally or written. You and we acknowledge that you have consented to enter into a contract without having relied on any statement or promise made by the other party or that could be inferred from any statement or writing in the negotiations Neither you nor we will have action against any uncertain statement made by the other party, verbal or written, prior to the date of a contract (unless such a statement was made uncertain fraudulently) and the only action available The other party will be for breach of contract in accordance with the provisions of these Conditions.
15. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION.
The sales made at ALOLOLA Web are subject to Spanish legislation. In the event that any conflict or discrepancy arises in the interpretation or application of these contractual conditions, the Courts and Tribunals that, if applicable, will be aware of the matter, will be the ones that have the legal regulations applicable in matters of competent jurisdiction, in which is addressed, in the case of final consumers, to the place of fulfillment of the obligation or to the address of the purchaser.
In the event that the buying party is domiciled outside Spain, or in the case of a sale made by a company acting in the framework of its business or professional activity, both parties submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction , to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid (Spain).
